Shipping Information
Elite Aerosports LLC keeps record of your shipping address information within our secure system, whether inputted by you, or with the help of one of our customer service representatives, and uses this information to ship all orders, unless otherwise changed by the customer, or at the request of the customer via our customer service representatives.
As for current shipping addresses within the system, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to update any changes and or corrections via our online account system, or by calling in to our customer service department. Any changes made to a previous order will not secure the address within our system – all address changes must be made via your online account through our website, or by contacting our customer service department.
Elite Aerosports will not be held responsible for any order(s) being shipped to an incorrect address, as we only update the customers address at the customer’s request. Any temporary changes to the address via a specific order will be as said – temporary – unless otherwise stated via the customer.
Shipping using Paypal Payments
In regards to payment via PayPal method, the address listed within your PayPal account will not be used as a valid shipping address – it is the customer’s sole responsibility to update Elite Aeropsorts of any address differences before an order ships, as the order(s) placed through us are shipped via the customer address within our data base, which has been inputted via the customer, or at the request of the customer through our customer service department.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery of your order can vary greatly, depending upon your location, and what shipping method you selected. We do our very best to ship your orders the same day we receive it, and although not guaranteed, we usually succeed shipping same day if the order is placed before 11:00 am EST.
Lost Orders & Insurance
If you feel that your order(s) have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number for help. Depending upon the carrier, we can initiate a trace for you and determine what may be the problem with your delivery. If your package has been lost via the carrier, we can re-ship for you as soon as the carrier validates our claim, or if an insurance option is selected. Please note that with international orders, this process can take several weeks or even months in regards to a trace via the carrier used.
Elite Aerosports LLC is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
Route+ will be added to all orders by default. No other insurance is provided. You have the option to remove this protection during the check-out, however if you do so, please note that this removes all insurance from the shipment. Elite Aerosports LLC will not be liable for any package loss or damage.
Note: Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Missing Parts or Items
If your order happens to be missing a specific part or item, please contact our customer service department with your order number, and we will happy arrange a replacement for this item or items. In some instances, the manufacturer may send these parts direct; in this case, we will provide you with all the necessary information to make this request to the manufacturer.
Taxes, VAT’s & Customs
If your shipping location is in the State of Texas, local sales tax will apply to your order; for all other orders within the United States, no sales tax will be applied. Please note that although Elite Aerosports LLC does not apply any taxes to orders outside of the State of Texas, your state of residence or shipping destination may apply certain taxes via out of state orders, or may require tax related information via orders outside of your state. Please consult your city, county and state tax rates to determine if your applicable sales or use tax.
UNWANTED OR INCOMPATIBLE
We do not offer any returns on any Electronic equipment.
Unwanted merchandise is to be returned in new condition only with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials within 7 days. Used items may not be returned. Items not returned in an acceptable condition will be returned at the senders expense. Please fill out the below return form which will ensure quick and efficient processing of your refund or exchange. Please write the reference number on the outside of the shipping box or on a separate label, not on the actual product packaging. Please include a copy of the confirmation email with your return. Failure to obtain a return authorization could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Items returned for store credit within the prescribed time period will not be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you happen to damage a servo/motor/controller inadvertently, Elite Aerosports can provide replacements at reduced cost plus shipping.
Terms of Use Statement
Elite Aerosports is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss from the use or misuse of any of our products. Radio control vehicles (products) are not toys and must be treated with respect and are subject to crash.
Preparing for your freight delivery:
Please carefully review the following information on how to properly receive your model.
Prior to delivering your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Please be advised that the driver is only required to deliver the item “curbside” at the end of your driveway. Most drivers will do more, but to be sure, make any special arrangements with the freight carrier prior to delivery. Any additional services will likely carry an additional cost and must be paid directly to the freight carrier.
Procedure for Receiving Your Freight Shipment:
Upon delivery of the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to fully open and inspect all packages. It is also important to verify the quantity of the items received. Be sure that the number of items received matches the number of items on the delivery receipt.
*If any damage or shortage is found, write a precise description of the damage or shortage on both your copy and the freight carrier’s copy of the delivery receipt.* Take pictures of box and damaged parts and please call us immediately.
If you feel like this merchandise is damaged beyond repair then the merchandise should be REFUSED in order to commence the insurance claim process correctly .
Please do not sign for items that are damaged unless it is noted on the form. If you refuse merchandise due to damages, please contact us immediately.
Remember, once you sign for the shipment or give permission to the freight carrier to leave the merchandise, you are accepting the order in its current condition.
Any damage or shortage found after delivery must be filed by you, directly with the carrier. Elite Aerosports is not responsible for concealed freight damage or shortages after time of delivery. Providing no cost replacements or reshipments will be difficult because its likely the insurance company will automatically deny any claim that was not indicated on the paperwork.
We get quotes from Estes and ODFL to verify pricing but suggest using ODFL for their better service record. You are paying for the trucking and are free to choose the carrier you wish. You are also free to handle the shipment personally as well. We will provide box dimensions to you.
Pacific Coast Service, CA handles our warehousing and domestic trucking. Your shipping payment covers the cost of trucking and sea cost. We pay the trucking directly to PCS. PCS contracts the shipping company to deliver to you. We do not pad or profit from shipping cost. In the event of a damage claim, Pacific Coast Service will initiate the claim for you.
If you see box damage, open the box In front of driver, inspect, document any damages with driver, have him sign the paperwork stating damage, photograph the damages, access damage, refuse shipment if damage if beyond repair, please notify us. As long as these steps are followed the claim process is very simple. They have 30 days to acknowledge claim and 120 days to process.

Neither Elite Aerosports LLC., nor Aerotech Composites LLC. are responsible for shipping damages. Damage insurance is available through the shipping company and claims are handled by them.
